  • What are Royalty Points and how do I earn them?


    • Royalty points are given to you as a reward for playing at the cash game tables or tournaments. You earn 0.1 Royalty points per cent of rake you contribute, or 10 Royalty points per dollar. To learn more about rake, check out our Royalty Points page.

  • How can I use my Royalty points?


    • You can use your Royalty Points in the following ways:
      • Purchase Store items - you can do this through the Royalty Store.
      • Buy into tournaments - you can do this directly at the tournament lobby registration when you buy in to the tournament. Please see additional information on the tournaments that you can buy into with points, HERE.
      • You can exchange your points for cash via your player admin page.

  • How much is a Royalty point worth?


    • See our Royalty Points section.
      On average, store items are typically valued at approximately 100 Points per $1 in the Royalty store.

  • Where can I purchase items with my points?


    • You can purchase store items in the merchandise store, and other items like coupons and cash exchanges can be done through your player admin.

  • If I earn enough points, will I automatically go up to the next tier?


    • Yes, we automatically track the Royalty Points you earn in real money ring games, MTTs and SnG's. Based on the points you earn, your Royalty Tier will be adjusted daily at 4am ET. This is a fluid system. Based on your gameplay, you decide which tier you will be in at any given time. Once you are set to a tier, you then earn the benefits associated to that tier for the remainder of the current month, plus the month after. If you fail to maintain the point requirements for that tier, in that full month, your status will be set to the appropriate tier based on the points earned for that month.

  • Do my points decay?


    • Yes. They decay at a specific rate dependant on your Royalty Tier, however, they will only decay if you remain inactive for 30 days and do not earn any Royalty points in that time. For more information please visit the Royalty Tiers page.

  • Do Royalty points count towards me clearing bonuses?


    • Yes. Please check each individual bonus for its unique terms and conditions.

  • Am I able to get bonuses on the Royalty program?


    • Yes you will be eligible for bonuses on the Royalty program. You will clear off the bonuses in the usual fashion. Please check each individual bonus for its unique terms and conditions.

  • Will there be changes to the Royalty rewards?


    • Yes. From time to time we may introduce special promotions or items. This program is growing and we will make changes to keep it fresh as time goes by.

  • Can I transfer points to another player?


    • No. Points cannot be transferred to other players.

  • How do I check my Royalty points balance and status?


    • You can check your point's balance and your status in the player admin section. Here you will see how many points you currently have, any specific benefits to your level and any other relevant information.

  • How do my Rebates work & when do I get paid them?


    • Your rebates will get paid out daily, and are calculated off the number of base Royalty points you earned over the previous 24hrs. You earn a differing rebate percentage, dependant upon your tier level. The rebate will be paid once daily one hour after midnight server time. To find a list of your rebates see Royalty Tiers.

  • How can I exchange points for cash?


    • Visit the cashier, and click the "Points" tab. There is a section where you will be able to exchange your points. Please check your Royalty tier to ensure you meet the criteria and limits needed to exchange points for cash.

      • *Players currently receiving rakeback rewards will not be eligible to exchange Royalty Points for cash.

  • I am a rakeback player. Can I switch from rakeback to the Royalty program?


    • As a rakeback player you can still move up in tiers and enter the monthly Royalty freeroll, however you CANNOT exchange points for cash, nor can you earn above and beyond the 35% of rebates set by your rakeback deal. If you want to remove rakeback from your account so you can exchange points for cash and earn a higher rate of rebates, we will first zero out your existing Royalty point balance so that previously earned points cannot be exchanged for cash. Note that your Royalty level will not change when your points are removed.
