Terms & Conditions

As a member of PDC Poker, herein "the Promotion", you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Santa's Christmas Wish list will run from December 1 - 31 (inclusive), 2009. On January 01 at 00:00 (Server Time) the checklist will cease recording completed tasks and no further Royalty points will count towards prize requirements.
  2. Please allow up to 60 minutes for your completed task to appear on your wish list and for the corresponding prize to be issued.
  3. Players can win all 20 prizes on the Christmas wish list, but must complete all 20 task requirements. Each prize will be paid as the previous tasks are complete - example: If Task 1 and 3 have been completed, then only the prize for Task 1 will be paid. Once Task 2 has been completed, then you will be paid for Task 2 and 3.
  4. All cash prizes will be paid via Santa Freeroll Winnings coupons, which restricts the bonus cash from being withdrawn for 7 days, however, cash prizes can be played with at the tables immediately.
  5. Sidegames play is ineligible for this promotion and will NOT count toward task requirements.
  6. All players must meet PDC Poker's Terms & Conditions, and PDC Poker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
  7. Task 1 - Deposit $25 or More: to successfully complete Task 1 you must make a minimum of one deposit for $25 or more, during the month of December, 2009.
  8. Task 2 - Secret Santa Smiley: this must be completed on a Texas Holdem real money ring game via the chat box, for Task 2 to be completed successfully.
  9. Task 5 - How to win a hand with Mr. & Mrs. Claus: You must win one hand on a real money No Limit Holdem ring game with the starting hand KhQh.
  10. Task 8 - Play 1 x $5.40 (10 Handed) Double-up sng's: to successfully complete task 8 you must register and play a minimum of one $5.40 Double-up sng during December 2009.
  11. Task 12 - Play 3 x Sunday $50K's: to successfully complete task 12 you must register and play three Sunday $50,000 Guaranteed tournaments during December 2009.
  12. Task 16 - Play 10 x $10.80 (10 Handed) Double-up sng's: to successfully complete task 16 you must register and play a minimum of ten $10.80 Double-up sng's during December 2009.
  13. All players must click the "Activate Santa" button in order to be opted into the promotion and receive prizes.
  14. We recommend being on your best behavior for the rest of December because Santa knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake!
